Epson’s New 3LCD Laser Projectors Push the Boundaries of Tech

This is the EB-L20000U.

One of them can handle native 4K resolution at 12,000 lumens

Being one of the most well-known brands when it comes to projectors, Epson strengthens its portfolio by launching two ground-breaking 3LCD Laser projectors: a projector with native 4K at 12,000 Lumens and an installation projector with 20,000 Lumens.

Respectively known as the EB-L12000Q and EB-L20000U, these projectors showcase the best of Epson’s tech which includes a triple layer dust-proof structure housing, a new liquid cooling system to keep temperatures stable, and flexible installation where you can install them in any direction without any compromise in brightness. In addition, both projectors have Epson’s original laser light source structure and an advanced electrostatic filter, which guarantees up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free use.

While the EB-L12000Q boasts of an Epson-developed native 4K panel with an ultra-high 12,000 Lumen brightness rating, the EB-L20000U is meant for installations, which was demonstrated through a projector mapping installation at Siam Museum in Bangkok.

“Both projectors are able to offer a wide range of functions and ease of integration to existing infrastructure to the rental and staging sector, and are indeed an important addition to our high brightness line up,” Epson Singapore Visual Products & Robotics Solution Division Regional Director Ng Ngee Khiang said.

Both projectors will be available by second half of 2019.
