Flagship Killer Oneplus 3T Officially Coming to the Philippines

Flagship Killer coming to the Philippines

Official with Warranty

Dubbed by multiple international tech sites as the “flagship killer” and one of the “best value for money Android smartphones” in the market, the OnePlus 3T is finally landing officially on our shores very soon. This was confirmed to us by our sources who are the appointed distributors for the Philippines. We can’t name them yet but we’re posting this info in advance so you can save your cash if you’ve been planning on getting a smartphone soon.

You’re probably thinking that the OnePlus 3T is already available on Lazada so what’s so special about this announcement? This is the official stock, which means it passed through NTC and it has a local warranty. It will also be available in brick-and-mortar stores.

Here’s a quick refresher on the specifications of the OnePlus 3T:

OnePlus 3 Spec Sheet

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 2.35GHz quad-core processor
  • Adreno 530 GPU
  • 6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage (non-expandable)
  • 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED display Full HD, 1920×1080 pixels
  • 16-megapixels primary camera, Sony IMX298 sensor, OIS, PDAF, LED flash
  • 4K video recording
  • 16-megapixels secondary camera
  • Dual-SIM, 4G (Cat. 6), WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC
  • 3,400mAh (Dash Charging Support)
  • Oxygen OS

It Undercuts the Prices of Flagships

What makes it the flagship killer? With those flagship caliber specifications and premium build, the OnePlus 3T will just sell for Php24,990.

Our sources say that once it launches you can avail of a 12-month zero interest credit card offer (2,082/month). There will also be a straight cash discount but we don’t know the final cash price yet as of this writing. Given those payment options, the plan-only postpaid offers of the telcos are much more tempting.
