Gigabyte just made the Smallest GTX 1080 Graphics Card to Date

You can go small but terrible with this new video card

While we are all drooling with crazy rigs like Acer’s Predator Orion 9000, sometimes we like our rigs to be small but powerful, and Gigabyte figured that out with their latest product.

Called theĀ GeForce GTX 1080 Mini ITX 8G,Gigabyte’s offering is four inches shorter than a regular GTX 1080 graphics card. Its size is designed to fit aĀ Mini-ITX case, which is roughly the size of today’s gaming consoles.

With its size, the GTX 1080 Mini maintains its cool through using copper composite heat pipes and a 90mm fanĀ sporting custom blades. It is also a quiet performer as well thanks to 3D Active fan tech. Hardcore gamers can easily overclock the GTX 1080 Mini through a software that comes with it.

There’s no price for the GTX 1080 Mini as of now, but we look forward to people building their miniaturized gaming rigs using this video card.
