The M7 Power has a big batt, big screen
Chinese brand Gionee is the latest company to jump in on the bezel-less display bandwagon, as the company is set to launch their upcoming M7 Power in Thailand soon. The M7 Power is the latest in Gionee’s long, accomplished line of big-battery smartphones, and it looks like the newest iteration will be getting their interpretation of the bezel-less panels that their competitors are implementing.
Based on the teasers released by the company for its Thailand launch, the M7 Power will have almost non-existent side bezels plus skinny top and bottom bezels. No fingerprint scanner is present on the front of the phone – more likely than not that will be relocated to the rear. The phone is expected to have a 18:9 aspect ratio, much like LG’s G6, thanks to the extra space on the top and bottom of the phone.
The M7 Power is also expected to come with dual-rear cameras, MediaTek MT6757CD chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
