Just like what the leaks have revealed
After the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a have leaked out extensively prior to their official launch, Google embraces those leaks and use them to tease their upcoming phone. For the Pixel 4, Google frankly confirmed in their social media channels that their upcoming phone will have a square camera module housing two rear cameras.

The module is home to two rear cameras—a first for Google, an LED flash, and what appears to be a laser autofocus sensor. The said layout leaked out several times on the internet, and its often compared to what the next iPhone will look like.
While we know what the rear panel looks like, Google wants us to “wait ’til you see what it can do,” at least for now.
