Here’s Why JoshLia’s Endorsement Of The OPPO F7 Came at a Right Time

More than just Capturing the Real You

Being active in social media, both Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia have their fair share of love and hate from people. The occasional sight of hate messages and comments criticizing their talent and looks are something they have to deal with every day. No matter how hurtful these remarks can be, both remain optimistic about their outlook on life.

In fact, their campaign with the OPPO F7 came at a right time, where they convey a strong message on being true to one’s self. “This is the first time that I had a project that tackled this reality, and it’s one that empowered us to voice out how we really feel about online bashing,” Barretto said.

As for their advice on how to deal with bashers, both Barretto and Garcia have a common answer: To be true to your self and disregard what others say against you.

“People might say a lot of bad things about you online, but you shouldn’t feel bad about yourself because the people who know you in real life will know the real deal, the real story, and will always value you for being who you really are,” Garcia said.

“Focus on yourself, improve, and figure out how you can be a better person. For those suffering from online bashing, it’s a waste of energy to dwell on the negativity,” Barretto adds.
