HMD Oy Confirms 3310, New Nokia Android Phones Arriving In Second Half of Q2

You’ll have to wait a bit more to play with the nostalgia-inducing handset

We’ve all gone crazy over HMD Oy’s Nokia 3310 revival, and suffice to say that many people are eagerly anticipating the little featurephone’s release (and the launch of its bigger Android brothers) to the market. HMD Oy gave a rather vague release date of Q2 back in Mobile World Congress for the phones, but now we have a better idea when the new devices will hit the market.

Tomislav Himbele, Head of Marketing for Eastern Europe at HMD Global, confirmed that the new phones will arrive in the market by the second half of Q2. That puts the release date at around Mid-may in European markets. Depending on the allocation of HMD Oy for SEA, you can expect to buy the 3310 (and the new Android-powered Nokia smartphones) to be available around June.
