HONOR Play 9A to Launch in China Soon

A new budget HONOR phone is coming soon

Aside from the HONOR 30s, the Chinese brand is set to launch a new budget phone with the HONOR Play 9A. A successor to last year’s HONOR Play 8A, Tipster Ishan Agarwal shared official renders of the budget phone, along with key specs.

The HONOR Play 9A will have a bigger 6.3-inch HD+ display, a bigger 5000mAh battery, and a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 13-megapixel main camera and 2-megapixel depth sensor. It will have the same Helio P35 processor used on the HONOR Play 8A, though you get 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. It will come with Android 10 and Magic UI 3.0 out of the box, so expect it to have HMS instead of Google services.

There’s no word yet on pricing and availability of the HONOR Play 9A.
