HP’s Envy x360 Is a Competitively-Priced Convertible Laptop

Powered by the latest Ryzen processors

HP updates its Envy line of laptops with the Envy X360. A 2-in-1 laptop, HP’s latest offering is powered by the latest AMD Ryzen processors, along with Radeon Vega graphics. You get 8GB RAM and a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD, which is enough for casual use. The Envy X360 is special, as it is the first premium offering from HP to sport a Ryzen processor.

Key specs on the Envy x360 include a 13.3-inch Full HD IPS backlit display with Gorilla Glass NBT protection housed in an aluminum body that weighs approximately 1.3kg. Its 4-cell battery is rated for up to 11 hours on a single charge.

The Envy x360 comes with necessary ports that include two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 port, a headphone jack, and a microSD card reader. It is a multimedia machine thanks to its Bang and Olufsen quad speakers with HP’s Audio Boost 2.0 for optimal audio quality.

The Envy x360 is priced at Php 56,990 for the variant with a Ryzen 5 2500U processor and Radeon Vega 8 shared graphics, and Php 63,990 for the variant with a Ryzen 7 2700U processor and Radeon RX Vega 10 discrete graphics. The Envy x360 is competitively priced for a 2-in-1 laptop; HP’s Spectre x360, which we saw in Malaysia a few weeks back, is priced at Php 87,990, while Acer’s Spin 7 has roughly the same specs but is priced at Php 66,995 when it was launched last year.
