Is 240hz too much for a gaming display?

Just as 144hz displays on gaming laptops are going mainstream, HP decided to up the ante by introducing the first laptop with a 240hz Full HD display in the Omen 15 (2019). We are not sure how it will work with the latest titles, but HP made sure to outfit the Omen 15 (2019) with the latest NVIDIA graphics, Intel Core i7-8750H processor, 16GB RAM, and 802.11ax WiFi—better known as WiFi 6.

Being a gaming laptop, you get an RGB backlit keyboard with highlights on the WASD keys and a black/red color motif for the laptop’s exterior. Save for the internal upgrades, the 2019 Omen 15 is practically the same as its 2018 predecessor.

The Omen 15 (2019) has a $1,370(~Php 71.8k) starting price, but of course, you will need to pay more if you want that 240hz display.
