The Taiwanese company has been quiet recently
It has been a while since HTC last released a new phone. The last time we have heard from the Taiwanese brand was when they launched the mid-range Desire 12S late last year. To prove that their mobile division is still alive, despite being acquired by Google, new reports indicate that HTC is working on a new phone that is better than the Desire 12S.
An AnTuTu listing detailed some key specs of the upcoming HTC phone. Carrying the model name 2Q7A100, the mid-range phone comes with a Snapdragon 710 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, a notch-free 18:9 Full HD+ display, and Android Pie out of the box.
According to reports, HTC is expected to launch this phone by Q2 of 2019.
