Huawei’s budget smartphone series gets a new entry in the form of the Honor 8 Lite. The Honor 8 Lite, based on the leaked key specifications, looks like a rebadged Huawei P8 Lite (2017), except for some differences in display technology and camera apertures. Yet another exercise in brand gymnastics, we’re guessing?

As for the Honor 8 Lite, the device is already up for pre-order in Finland for EUR 269 (~Php 14.5K), which may be at a higher price point than usual given the European release. The earlier announced Huawei P8 Lite (2017) also came out with a similar pricing scheme.
