Where Art Thou MediaPad X2?

A few months ago we were at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, checking out the latest gadgets launched by various global brands. One of the devices that really caught our eye back then was the Huawei MediaPad X2. It was a stunning Android Lollipop tablet that kinda looked like a giant HTC One. The aluminum chassis combined with the thin bezels, gorgeous display, and the rip-roaring internals made it stand out among a lot of the tablets on display that day.

Which begs the question… is Huawei Philippines ever going to launch it locally? We definitely think they should so that they can give other brands who are dominating the Android tablet space locally a run for their money.

To remind you guys of the Huawei MediaPad 2X, here are the specifications and our hands-on video which we took at the floor of MWC 2015.
