Huawei Sold Php 100 Million Worth Of P20 Phones In Just 5 Hours

That’s an amazing turnout for the brand

Huawei officially launched their P20 series of phones yesterday in the Philippines at the SM MOA Atrium, which means the public can now get their own triple-powered, Leica-infused P20 Pro and its other brothers in their hands. We’ve been hearing from anecdotal reports from Huawei’s dealers that the phones are flying off the shelves, but no solid evidence of actual sales performance as of yet.

Huawei did say that they manage to move around Php 100 million worth of P20 devices in 5 hours since they launched them yesterday, which is impressive. While Huawei won’t give a breakdown of per device sales, if the Php 100 million were all P20 Pros, they would have sold around 2,223 devices (rounding up). Whatever the breakdown is, that’s a great start to the P20’s debut in the Philippines – here’s to hoping Huawei maintains the momentum until the Mate 20 shows up.
