Huawei to Launch Honor 7X on October 11

The successor to the GR5 2017 is coming soon

Before we get our hands on the Mate 10 family, Huawei’s Honor brand has something up this October 11. In this save the date invite, Huawei is slated to announce the Honor 7X, the successor to the Honor 6X. In case you are not familiar with Huawei’s naming conventions, the Honor 6X is known locally as the GR5 2017.

With the slogan roughly translating to “Want to see farther than ordinary people? Higher? Wider? Everywhere is your world,” this could mean the Honor 7X would possibly have an 18:9 EntireView display.

Expected specs of the Honor 7X include a Kirin 670 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB Internal storage, and a 5.5-inch display. Like its successor, the Honor 7X will sport a dual rear camera setup as well.

Pricing is expected to be between CNY 1,500 to 1,800 (~Php 11.6K to Php 13.9K).
