Huawei Unveils FreeBuds 3 with Kirin A1 Chip

It now comes with wireless charging, Bluetooth 5.1

Huawei announced the third-generation FreeBuds at IFA 2019. The new true wireless earbuds sports Huawei’s in-house Kirin A1 chip that gives support for Bluetooth 5.1 and Huawei’s Isochronous Dual Channel transmission technology for low latency connections, low power consumption, and improved audio/video synchronization. The in-house chip eliminates background noise in calls and improves voice quality.

The FreeBuds 3 come with a 14mm drivers, a Dolphin Bionic Design for a better and more comfortable fit, an Aerodynamic Mic Duct Design to reduce wind noise, and Active Noise Cancellation.

Charging the FreeBuds 3 is done via USB-C or Qi Wireless charging, and offer up to 4 hours on a single charge.

Huawei has yet disclosed the pricing and availability of the FreeBuds 3 as of press writing.
