With improved Leica cameras to boot
With much anticipation, Huawei unveils the P20 family in Paris. The latest flagships from Huawei, the P20 sports the latest AI-powered Kirin processor, along with a Leica-branded dual rear camera setup consisting of a 20-megapixel monochrome and 12-megapixel color sensors. They now have 1.55 micro pixels, giving the P20 a significant boost in low light photography.
On the other hand, the P20 Pro is the first smartphone to sport a Leica-branded triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 40-megapixel primary camera, a 20-megapixel monochrome camera, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with 3X optical zoom. Aside from the groundbreaking camera setup, the P20 Pro is capable of 5X hybrid zoom by combining images captured from the 40-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors.
As for the display, the P20 and P20 Pro sport an edge-to-edge display that sports slimmer bezels compared to its competitors. In addition, it has a Natural Tone display for true-to-life colors.
