Huawei’s Watch GT Lands In PH Stores On March 22

Would you buy this over an Apple Watch?

We unboxed and gave you our take on Huawei’s Google-less Watch GT smartwatch a few days ago, but as nice as the wearable was we didn’t know how much it would cost nor when it would be available to buy in stores.

That changes today, as Huawei Philippines has officially announced pricing and availability for the Watch GT. Huawei’s new wearable is priced at just Php 12,990 and is slated to arrive in select stores on March 22.

The Watch GT is a well built, premium-looking smartwatch that the company says can go up to 2 weeks on a single charge. It doesn’t use Android Wear, which might be good or bad depending on your smartwatch preference. I’m any case we’ve already done our unboxing and first hands on for the watch a few days ago, which you can check out here.
