While being quiet for some time, Infinix Philippines teased on their Facebook page that they will be bringing the Hot 9 series to our shores soon. While Infinix Philippines did not reveal much about the Hot 9 series save for the quad rear cameras, we think that it will be the same Hot 9 phones that were launched in India last May.
Both the Hot 9 and Hot 9 Pro come with Helio P22 processors, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a punch hole housing an 8-megapixel selfie snapper, and a 5000mAh battery with 10w charging.
While both phones have a quad-rear camera setup, they have a different main snapper: the Hot 9 has a 13-megapixel sensor while the Hot 9 Pro upgrades that to a 48-megapixel main snapper. Save for that difference, both phones have a 2-megapixel depth sensor, 2-megapixel macro camera, and a low-light sensor.
The Hot 9 and Hot 9 Pro are priced at RS 8,499(~Php 5.7k) and RS 9,499(~Php 6.3k) respectively, so expect them to have the same price when they become official in the Philippines.
