InterAksyon App for iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad)

InterAksyon for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch now for download for free!

TV5 recently released their news app for iOS devices called InterAksyon. It has four main features: News Reader (from InterAksyon.Com), Metro Manila Traffic Navigator launcher, Radyo5 92.3 NewsFM Live Stream, and the News5 Social Stream. The app is available for free. Here are some screenshots:

Here are some initial reviews:

I immediately fired up my iphone App Store and typed “interaksyon” to download the app. The first impression is wow “red”, matching the color scheme of TV 5 website. I dare say it is the best free app released by Philippine media.

Very great app! All Filipinos should DL this app. It will keep us aware to everyday happenings here in PH. There’s entertainment, sports, opinions, economy and an AM station! KUMPLETOS REKADOS! :) nice one tv5!!

  2. Just curious: I know the InterAksyon App for Android is in the works, but why was the iOS app released before the Android app considering the perception that more Filipinos use Android?

      We checked the statistics of InterAksyon.Com. Majority of our visitors who visit the site via mobile are using either iPhones or iPads. Android is a far second. That’s why we made iOS first. :)
