Apple sale on iPad 2 also includes the Philippines

After taking the wraps off the newest iPad, Apple also announced that they were going to drop the prices of the 16GB WiFi and 3G iPad 2 models. I was initially thinking that we wouldn’t feel that here in the Philippines but boy was I wrong. I just checked the Apple Online Store (Philippines) and the prices are already reflected there. The 16GB WiFi only iPad 2 is priced at just Php18,990 while the 3G model is now down to Php24,990.

I don’t know about you guys but those are pretty good prices and I’m sure that Android tablet manufacturers are now doing emergency product meetings trying to figure out what they will do to counter what Apple just unveiled.
