It can match the Snapdragon 855
While Huawei’s HiSilicon division has yet unveiled the Kirin 820 5G processor, new reports indicate its potential processing power. In a post at ITHome, GeekBench scores for the Kirin 820 5G was compared to the Kirin 980 and Snapdragon 855.
Based on the chart, the Kirin 820 5G is better than the Kirin 980 in both single-core (blue) and multi-core (red scores). Against the Snapdragon 855, the Kirin 820 5G edges it by a few points on single-core scores, while having roughly the same multi-core scores.
According to reports, the Kirin 820 5G is a 7nm processor that will utilize Cortex-A76 cores and a Mali-G77 GPU.
