Two days ago, the Eastman Kodak Group and Bullit Group pulled the wraps off their Kodak Ektra Smartphone. We’re going to glaze over most of the specs and delve into what is at the heart of this smartphone, it’s cameras. It’s main shooter, as you may have read above, is a 21-megapixel camera with what their calling a fast camera sensor, a f-stop of f/2.0 for pretty solid depth of field in your shots, 4K video capability, optic image stabilization, and phase detection autofocus. On the flip side and handling selfies is a 13-megapixel shooter with an f-stop of f/2.0 and PDAF as well. It’s all well and good on paper, but they seem to be talking the talk and walking the walk with these sample images as well.
We definitely hope this camera makes its way to the Philippines cause those images really look great, but so far news is that it will be available in Europe later this year and is priced at £449 or Php 26,507.
