You don’t need to pay a lot to get a water-resistant phone

Kyocera, a brand that’s known for printers rather than phones, have unveiled their newest budget LTE capable, water-resistant smartphone, the Hydro Wave. The Hydro Wave sports a 5-inch qHD display, paired with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.

The overall specs aren’t impressive, but you’ll be hard-pressed to find a budget smartphone that has both LTE and built-in water resistance. The Kyocera Hydro Wave is priced at just $149.99 or around 6.7K in the US.
