Leaked: Moto E4 and E4 Plus Specs and Pricing

Leaks on Moto’s upcoming budget handset series

We’ve got some new leaks on Lenovo’s Moto E4 and E4 Plus. For those unfamiliar with Moto’s branding scheme, the E series is their entry-level lineup, serving as the budget line below the G series of handsets.

Moto E4 (Rumored Specs)

  • 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737M quad-core processor
  • 2GB RAM
  • 5-inch HD display, 1280 x 720 resolution
  • 16GB expandable storage, via microSD
  • 8-megapixel rear camera
  • 5-megapixel front camera
  • Dual SIM, 3G, LTE
  • WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC
  • Fingerprint scanner
  • 2800mAh battery
  • Android 7.1.1 Nougat
  • EUR 150 (~Php 8.2K)

Moto E4 Plus (Rumored Specs)

  • 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737M quad-core processor
  • 2GB/3GB RAM
  • 5.5-inch HD display, 1280 x 720 resolution
  • 16GB expandable storage, via microSD
  • 13-megapixel rear camera
  • 5-megapixel front camera
  • Dual SIM, 3G, LTE
  • WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC
  • Fingerprint scanner
  • 5000mAh battery
  • Android 7.1.1 Nougat
  • EUR 190 (~Php 10.5K)

The base E4 is somewhat unremarkable, but it does have a fingerprint sensor and the latest Android OS. The E4 Plus, on the other hand, looks like a decent low-end mid-ranger, with a sub-FHD display, a large battery, and Android Nougat. That should translate into a lot of uptime for the handset.

Supposedly there’s a 3GB version of the E4 Plus also in the works, but it’ll naturally be more expensive as well.

Note that the leaked prices are in Euro, which means that these handsets might be a bit cheaper in other regions. Also, they’re leaks. We’ll have to wait for Moto’s official launch spiel for complete pricing specifics.
