Lenovo’s looking to bring their budget Vibe C smartphone to the PH, and despite the unit not landing in stores just yet, the company has already released pricing for it.

  • 5-inch HD IPS display, 1280 x 720 resolution
  • 8GB of expandable storage
  • 5-megapixel rear camera
  • 2-megapixel front camera
  • Dual SIM

The quad-core processor packing, 5-megapixel rear camera-toting smartphone is set to arrive in the PH with a budget price tag of Php 4,799, far lower than the Chinese company’s previous offerings.

The Vibe C isn’t going to be a flagship level device, but for Php 4,799, it’s a great secondary phone for people looking for an affordable, branded phone.

  1. Its a nice but much nicer if they put 2gb of RAM instead of 1gb. Some people are not up with camera but performance wise. Sell it at 5k with 2gb of RAM many people will buy this phone.

  2. Almost same specs with my Lenovo A5000 (except for the battery). May problema nga lang ang A5000 ko. It automatically turns ON my GPS whenever I turn ON my mobile data connection. But with WIFI, it doesn’t. I don’t want to turn ON my GPS simply because it updates my location every once in a while and it consumes Mb of my data plan. Other than my location, weather updates, notifications of all sorts, etc. Nakakainis kasi laging ganun. Okay lang kung sa WIFI kasi free naman sa office. Kaso nga lang, hindi naman automatic nag o-ON pag WIFI. Manual lang.

I hope this Vibe C model don’t have problems like mine.
