LG’s G3 first to get the Android 5.0 update!
LG G3 owners, you should be pretty happy – LG has announced that they will be rolling out an OTA update for their latest flagship this week, with the OTA first rolling out in Poland, followed by several other markets. This means that LG is the first ever manufacturer to roll out the Android 5.0 Lollipop update, beating out its other rivals which are just planning to roll out their updates in 2015.
This means that if you want to experience Android 5.0 Lollipop now, the LG G3 is the device to get. We reviewed this particular smartphone a few months ago (and even gave one away to a lucky reader) and it’s definitely one of the best smartphones out in the market today. LG has also announced that it will be revealing the timeline of the Lollipop update for the rest of its lineup later on.
