LG V30 Owners Can Preview Android Oreo, but…

It’s available in one country for now

While the LG V30 is a flagship that has impressed us with its multimedia capabilities, some were disappointed that it came with Android Nougat instead of Android Oreo out of the box. That will change, however, as it is letting V30 owners in South Korea get a preview of Android Oreo.

To be part of the beta test, users need to register via the phone’s Quick Help app, which is accessible by tapping the LG OS Preview banner. There’s no limit as to how many can register for the program and LG said that those who registered can expect Android Oreo within the month.

Just like Huawei‘s and Samsung‘s Android Oreo beta programs, registered users can send in reviews and feedback to LG before they officially roll out Android Oreo to their supported devices.
