Not to be outdone by Samsung’s recent release of the Galaxy Note7, LG will be unveiling their own premium phablet, the V20, on September 6. Hwaiting!

Confirmed by the folks over at Android Authority, LG’s V20 launch event will be held in sunny San Francisco on the 6th of September. According to the report, press invites have already been sent, so the event’s schedule is a done deal.

Coincidentally enough, the guys at Phone Arena have just confirmed more leaked details on the upcoming V20. The site earlier reported leaked specs of LG’s beastly phablet but doubted the authenticity of the leaks. Combining these two reports, here’s what we have for now on the V20:

  • 4GB RAM
  • 5.7-inch QHD display, 1440 x 2560 resolution
  • 32GB to 64GB internal storage (expandable via micro SD)

  • 8-megapixel dual front camera
  • USB Type-C port
  • Android 7.0 Nougat
  • 4000mAh battery
