Want to make your already uber-expensive luxury bag even more unattainable? Stick a flexible screen on it. That’s exactly what luxury brand Louis Vuitton has done, fitting a selection of handbags with a flexible AMOLED 1920 x 1440 displays. The first prototypes were shown off during LV’s Cruise 2020 runway show in NYC, with the displays showing off photos of the city on the outside.

As for the question of practicality – come on, this is Louis Vuitton we’re talking about, a company that regularly makes bags that cost more than Php 100,000. Right now the two bags on display during their event were only prototypes and not meant for sale, but we’re sure there’s someone (probably a politician) out there with enough cash to buy one.
