It’s like a rugged flagship
While there hasn’t been a lack of ruggedized Android smartphones in the market, Lucky HR, the distributor of Doogee here in the Philippines thinks there’s room for a tough, rugged smartphone that has flagship-like features. The company has been teasing Doogee’s rugged S60 Android device in their Facebook page the past few days, and if you’re in the market for a ridiculously tough phone that has great specs, it may just be the phone to get.

The Doogee S60 comes with an aluminum alloy rear housed in a durable and rugged frame to try and make it visually appealing despite being tough as nails. The specs of the phone are pretty impressive as well, which is leagues beyond what other rugged smartphones offer – it has a 5.2-inch full HD display, MediaTek Helio P25 processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage as well as a massive 5,580mAh battery inside that has fast charging support.
No price has been announced by Lucky HR as of yet, though online retailers like Aliexpress has the Doogee S60 listed at $284, which is around Php 14.5K.
