It is more of an updated Helio P90
Roughly over a year after it introduced the Helio P90, MediaTek launched a refreshed version with the Helio P95. The new chip is similar to the Helio P90 with its 12nm process, octa-core layout comprising of two Cortex-A75 cores at 2.2Ghz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2Ghz,  PowerVR GM 9446 GPU, and MediaTek’s APU 2.0 architecture. What makes this chipset new is it bumps up support for higher-resolution 64-megapixel cameras, along with new AI features that include 5-person human pose tracking, full-body avatar AR, 3D pose tracking, and multiple object/scene optimization and recognition.
Being a Helio P90 refresh, we expect brands to launch phones with Helio P95 in the coming months.
