MediaTek expands its line of Helio G series processors with the entry-level Helio G25 and G35. Both processors are based on a 12nm process, natively support dual-rear camera setups, and can shoot Full HD video at 30FPS.
Both processors come with Cortex-A53 CPU cores and PowerVR GE8320 GPU, though the Helio G35 has higher CPU and GPU clock speeds at 2.3Ghz and 680Mhz respectively (vs 2Ghz and 650mhz on the Helio G25). Like other Helio G series processors, both the Helio G25 and G35 support MediaTek’s HyperEngine Gaming tech for better gaming performance. Both support 20:9 displays, though the Helio G25 is limited to HD+ resolution while the G35 can support Full HD+.
The Helio G35 is expected to debut with the Realme C11, while the Helio G25 will go official with the Redmi 9A.
