If there was even any doubt it was real
BlackBerry’s upcoming Venice smartphone is starting to become the company’s most talked about devices ever – surprising because it hasn’t even been released yet. Recently, Android Authorithy managed to get numerous live photos of the Venice that show it off in its full glory.
From what we can see in the images, the Venice will sport a beautiful, curved display. While the curved edges of the phone aren’t as substantial as say, Samsung’s Galaxy S6 Edge, it’s still pretty prominent in the photos. AA says that the Venice is closer to a vanilla Android experience than anything, with a few BlackBerry features thrown in.
BlackBerry’s Venice smartphone is rumored to have a Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, 5.4-inch display, 18-megapixel rear camera and a QHD resolution.
It’s tipped for an official launch in the US in November, though there’s no word yet if it’ll reach other countries aside from the US.
