Droid RAZR announced!
A couple of years ago the hottest phone in the market was the Motorola Razr. It was thin, sleek, and just gorgeous. However it was “killed” when smartphones like the iPhone and Android-based devices entered the picture. It looks like it’s set to make a comeback though in a huge way. Motorola just announced the new Motorla Droid RAZR and it looks stunning. There is no other word to describe the device!
It has a scratch resistant Gorilla Glass for the 4.3″ Super AMOLED display (yay for bigger screens). You can also consider it the world’s thinnest smartphone (7.1mm thin). How about what’s inside? It has a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. That’s a lot of RAM! It also delivers amazing talk time at 12.5 hours (1800mAh battery). But wait… there’s more! The Motorola Droid RAZR is also compatible with 4G LTE network. That’s a good thing for people in the US but not so much here in the Philippines. We’re barely able to get HSPA+ fully rolled out haha!
How about the camera? The Droid RAZR packs an 8MP camera that can record 1080p HD video.
The Droid RAZR also has a bevy of accessories ranging from different docks to headsets making it a very versatile smartphone.
When will it be available? According to the event it should be out in the market worldwide this November. Just in time for the holiday season.
