Meet the third generation Moto G

After a number of incessant leaks, Motorola has finally taken the wraps off of the 2015 version of the Moto G in India. There’s not much else to see here that the leaks haven’t already revealed aside from price: the 3rd generation Moto G will sport a 5-inch display, 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, and a choice between either 1GB RAM/8GB storage or 2GB RAM/16GB storage options.

The new Moto G will retail in Indian online store Flipkart for INR 11,999 (around 8.5K) for the 1GB RAM/8GB storage version, while the higher 2GB RAM/16GB storage version of the Moto G will retail for INR 12999 or Php 9.2K.

  1. I wonder what Motorola/Lenovo plans to do with the 2nd gen Moto G that they just released here. They could always sell the 16GB/2GB variant of the 3rd gen at a premium here while the 2nd Gen acts as their “entry level” Moto G but that doesn’t really make sense with the Moto E being available locally, or they could wait it out and pretend we don’t know about the new Moto G.

  2. please make an update when they’re going to release this phone here in the philippines… last year ko pa to inaantay ee wala sa lazada wala kahit saan…
