It comes with a few compromises to keep the price low
For those looking for an affordable version of Nintendo’s hybrid console, the videogame brand unveiled the Switch Lite. The new model is $100 cheaper than the regular Switch, and is lighter than the OG Switch.
To keep the price low, the Switch Lite has a smaller 5.5-inch display, fixed Joycon controllers, and works exclusively as a handheld—you can’t use it with your TV like the OG Switch. On the upside, the Switch Lite claims to have a better battery life, with up to 7 hours of gameplay.
The Switch Lite will retail for $200(~Php 10.3k) and will be available on September 20.
