While there’s little talk about Android Go phones as of late, HMD Global remains to be committed to providing major updates even to its most affordable Android offerings. For its latest move, HMD Global is rolling out Android 10 (Go Edition) to the 2018 Nokia 1, making it the second major Android update for the budget phone.

That by itself is already a feat, as we don’t remember any Android Go phone receiving two major updates as of this writing.

According to those who have received it, the update weighs in at around 859mb and comes with the June 2020 security patch and key Android 10 features like system-wide dark mode and improved privacy and location controls.
