Here’s more fuel for the “Nokia Comeback” hype train in the form of leaked Nokia D1C renders. The renders come from China’s Weibo forums, which is the usual place to get device leaks and rumors nowadays.
Based on the images, the rumored D1C looks like a Lumia 920, sharing a similar rectangular chassis design. Here’s hoping it’ll be slimmer and lighter than the latter too.
The D1C‘s screen is expected to be a 2K display, AMOLED as well, according to some rumors. We can also see a physical home button, which supposedly houses a fingerprint scanner, with capacitive buttons on the same row.
As for SoC choices, rumors have the D1C packing either a top-end Snapdragon or a middle-tier Snapdragon, along with 3GB to 4GB RAM. The handset’s snappers are speculated to be a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter. The spec rumors are all over the place right now, folks, so take all of this info with a grain of salt.
Really, there’s not much to be gathered yet on the Nokia D1C, so we’ll have to be content with these leaked renders for the time being. We’ll keep you posted here at Unbox.
