Nubia Unveils Another Phone with a Big Battery in China

Say hello to the Nubia V18

Among the plethora of new phones unveiled in China a few days ago, ZTE’s Nubia sub-brand unveiled another big-batteried phone with the V18. Specs-wise, the V18 is identical to the Nubia N3 that was launched a few weeks back with a few differences: You only get a single 13-megapixel rear camera setup, along with a downgraded 8-megapixel front snapper, and a smaller-but-still-generous 4000mAh battery with support for quick charging.

In addition, the V18 has a slightly larger display that is free of any notches. Check out the spec sheet below:

ZTE Nubia V18 specs

  • Snapdragon 625 processor
  • 4GB of RAM
  • 6.01-inch full HD display, 2,160×1,080 resolution
  • 64GB of expandable storage
  • 13-megapixel f/2.2 rear camera with LED flash
  • 8-megapixel f/2.0 front camera
  • Dual SIM
  • 3G, LTE
  • WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, Fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C
  • 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging
  • Android 7.1 Nougat, Nubia UI 5.0

Pricing for the Nubia V18 is at CNY 1,299 (Php 10.8k), making it a legitimate contender against Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5.
