To go head-to-head against ASUS’ ZenFone 6?
Since last year’s OnePlus 6, OnePlus has decided to move its usual June launch to May. The same might apply for the OnePlus 7 based on a leak revealed by Ishan Agarwal.

The rumored launch date makes the OnePlus 7 go head-to-head against ASUS’ ZenFone 6, which is scheduled to launch on May 16. Things will be different this year, as there will be three variants: the regular OnePlus 7, the OnePlus 7 Pro, and a 5G OnePlus 7.
All three variants are expected to use a Snapdragon 855 processor, at least 6GB RAM, a 4150mAh battery, and Android Pie out of the box. OnePlus’ upcoming phone might resort to a pop-up module for a notch-free design. Other rumored changes include the use of a curved display and an upgrade to a Quad HD resolution.
