The multi-year partnership will last until 2024
OPPO expands its growing number of partnerships by securing a multi-year deal with Riot Games, the publisher behind League of Legends (LoL) for its series of eSports events: The World Championship, the Mid-Season Invitational, and the All-Star Event.
The multi-year partnership will start this year and will last until 2024. This marks OPPO’s first foray into eSports, further expanding its sponsorship portfolio for entertainment and sports. “This is a great move for Riot and OPPO; the partnership will allow us to continue to strengthen our bond with the young as we join them in celebrating the victory of each game,” OPPO Vice President and President of Global Marketing Brian Shen said.
Aside from Riot Games, OPPO has previously partnered with FC Barcelona, Wimbledon, and the International Cricket Council, among others.
