A Slight Variation of the F5
While we received another variant of the F5 here in the Philippines, OPPO launched a different model in China with the A79. Side-by-side, the A79 is similar to the F5 except that the A79 uses an OLED display, has a smaller battery (but with quick charging), a different front camera, and a higher internal storage. In addition, the A79 has a build similar to the entry-level A71 that was launched a few months ago.

The A79 will go on sale on December 1 and is priced at CNY 2,399 (~Php 18.4k). Being very similar to the F5, we are not sure if this model will make it to our shores.
