Ahead of the Reno2’s launch on August 28, OPPO Vice President Brian Shen clarified that the Reno2 will indeed use a Snapdragon 730G processor, while its cameras will have OIS. For the latter feature, Shen posted a sample comparison video showcasing the Reno2’s video stabilization feature:

Speaking of the Reno2’s stabilization features, OPPO India teased that the phone will have Ultra Dark Mode and Ultra Steady Mode—with the latter utilizing the Reno2’s hybrid stabilization feature.
As for its camera zoom, OPPO confirms that the Reno2 will have 5x hybrid zoom and 20x digital zoom.
