OPPO’s Neo 7 Hits Stores, Priced At Php 8,990

The Neo 7 arrives in the PH

OPPO’s sleek and gorgeous mid-range smartphone, the Neo 7, has arrived in the PH. If you’ve forgotten what the Neo 7 brings to the table, let us refresh your memory: Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, 1GB of RAM, 5-inch qHD display and 16GB of storage.

OPPO Neo 7 specs

  • 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 5-inch TFT qHD display, 960 x 540 resolution
  • 16GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD
  • 8-megapixel rear camera, f/2.0, LED flash
  • 5-megapixel front camera, f/2.4
  • Dual-SIM
  • 3G, LTE
  • WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB OTG
  • Android 5.1 Lollipop
  • 2,420mAh battery

All of that is encased in a sleek and shiny mirror surface, and OPPO is asking for Php 8,990 for the privilege of owning one. That’s probably not a price that many people expected from the device, but hey, beauty has its price.

The Neo 7 should be arriving at all authorized OPPO stores starting this week.

      1. Nobody gives a Fu#k !!!

        1. The Specs are Obsolete
        2. It is waay Overpriced for what you’re getting

This phone is D.O.A., guaranteed…..OPPO is a mid-tier Android OEM so wala silang karapatang i-level ang sarili nila sa mga big boys.

    1. Di lang yan. Naglalakihan din mga billboard nila for phones that no one cares about. Then me mga medyo attractive din sila na sales attendants (of both sexes) sa malls. And what’s funny is they don’t even have a stand alone store in our area. They only have a stall inside a popular seller here sharing space with other brands like Xiaomi and Asus. F U Oppo nga talaga hahaha!

Php 8,990 for a 1 GB RAM qHD phone? Really? Are they fu_king serious with that price?

  3. why Oppo is pricier than local brands, e kasi meron silang R&D di tulad nang mga local brands na rebranded lang sila. the same reason kung bakit mahal ang samsung, apple, sony, etc.

    1. You’re kidding, right? Remember the old joke about the iPhone costing $100 to make yet being sold for 5 times that? It’s all about how much the gullible is willing to pay for it. Apple knows this and they are simply striking while the iron is hot (which is always for Apple goods.) Samsung flagships cost around 20-25k 3 years ago. But now they are double that not because of demand (nilalangaw ang mga top of the line Android) or cost of production but because Samsung, LG and Sony can’t risk losing their premium status. They are simply trying to match Apple’s pricing. It’s all about marketing. At least those brands have bragging rights. Yung rotating camera? Lelz.

        1. You are either a dumb apologist like most Filipinos are or an employee of Oppo (or both.) No one is making real money on phones except Apple. And you do realize that they are also technically a rebrander? Foxconn makes the iPhone in its Chinese factories and sells it to Apple. The latter then sells it to the morons of the world for 10 to 20 times markup. But in the end it doesn’t matter if retarded Ewoks from Mars make the phones. What matters is if anyone wants them.

  4. Haters can stop hating kasi you need to hold an Oppo before you judge it.

  5. OPPotunista first priority is more on aesthetics and less on hardware
as long as there product is working they’re good

they DGAF if you can’t afford it!
