One of the biggest hassles that smartphone owners face is running out of juice, and while no one has made a phone that never, ever runs out of power, OPPO’s done something extraordinary – the company says that their new charging tech can fully charge a phone in just 15 minutes.
That’s right – OPPO’s SuperVOOC charging technology can now supercharge and fill up a 2,500mAh from 0 to 100% in just 15 minutes. The company says that the tech can work with either microUSB or USB Type-C cables. While we’ve seen Huawei show off similar tech before, OPPO’s solution seemingly is ready for primetime – though if you want to enjoy it, you’ll have to buy their phones.
