No battery? No problem
OPPO wowed us all back in February when they demoed the newest version of their VOOC Fast Charging technology, which promises to bring a phone’s battery level from 0% to 100% in just 15 minutes. It’s an impressive feat of engineering may become a killer feature in the future, since consumers are starting to put a premium on battery life when they choose a smartphone.
While OPPO did not announce which upcoming phone would get the revolutionary charging tech, a new leak out of China suggests that the upcoming Find 9 may carry the ultra-fast charging feature. Leaked slides of a purported ad show OPPO highlighting the 15-minute quick charge time of the Find 9, though this may mean that the Find 9 may just have a 2500mAh battery, the same capacity battery that was shown off in Super VOOC’s demos back in February.
Aside from the fast charge tech, rumored specs of the Find 9 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, either 3G/4GB/6GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and a full HD/4K display. As with any rumor, take this news with a grain of salt.
