Our Favorite Shots In Thailand Using the Flare S6 Selfie

A suitable travel companion considering its price

We have revealed a few shots taken using the Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Selfie while in Taiwan a few weeks ago. We have also talked about the things we like about Cherry Mobile’s latest smartphone as well. Among the things we like about the Flare S6 Selfie is its camera setup: For a price of Php 7999, you get a 16-megapixel, f/2.0 Samsung ISOCELL S5K3P3 camera for both front and rear. It’s a pretty decent setup, so we brought the Flare S6 Selfie to Thailand as our smartphone-and-camera companion.

While we are still working on the full review, we compiled here some of our favorite shots taken using the Flare S6 Selfie. In addition, we also added links to the original image files to further showcase its capabilities.

As a street photography companion, the Flare S6 Selfie excels with its fast autofocus. Case in point: in this photo of Dum-Nuen-Sa-Duak floating market, we had limited time to capture this moment of boats passing by the man-made river. Despite the limited time, the Flare S6 Selfie was fast enough to capture the moment, while keeping details in focus.
