Play Gameboy Games on Your Android Device

Hyperkin-Smartboy

Okay. We know what you’re saying: “We have an emulator that can play NDS or GBA Games.” That’s all well and good, plus a fair point to bring up! But, that did not deter Hyperkin from releasing an addon device that will allow you to play your Gameboy and Gameboy Color Cartridges via your mobile devices! That’s right 90’s kids! It’s time to dust off the old cartridges you’ve been keeping in your little bag of treasures from the past because we could be seeing the Smart Boy Developer Kit by December. For $60, fans of the handheld that pretty much had you playing Tetris under a lamp, can get a taste of gaming nostalgia.

No luck for iOS users though, but you still have emulators, right?
