Both models are made by Singapore-based D-Link, a known leader for communication solutions.
The basic Fam Cam has a 120-degree wide-angle lens for better coverage. It comes with essential features such as night vision, microphone, motion and sound detection, Bluetooth connectivity, HD quality photo and video shooting, remote monitoring via the mobile app, and support for Alexa and Google Home.
The advanced Fam Cam comes with a 180-degree wide-angle lens and adds features like a built-in speaker for two-way communication, an SD card slot, and 4x digital zoom.
All existing PLDT Home Fibr subscribers with Plan 1299 and up are eligible for the upgrade. You will need to add Php 99/month for the basic Fam Cam and Php 399/month for the advanced Fam Cam. Visit here to know more about PLDT Home’s Fam Cam products.
